Cancer misdiagnosis lawsuit? - duodenal cancer stories
My husband started with severe abdominal pain in January '09. We went to the VA hospital several times during 6 months and still return home with constipation and ulcer drugs. In July, they finally found a malignant tumor, and that for this operation (Whipple was) they took the gall bladder and was closed communicated back to her she had cancer of stage IV duodenal and received 6 months. She began chemotherapy, had later (one month) to recover before the operation. Two months have passed, and she said she had pancreatic cancer and chemotherapy have been wrong! A week later, he started chemotherapy, new, and died two days later. Not even 6 months .. obtained for 6 weeks and not live to see the birth of their first child in December '09 cause. I'm pregnant. People tell me that I will continue the VA hospital. Would it be a shot in the dark? "I am full of sadness and anger should be continued?" I am aware of pancreatic cancer is difficult to find, but 10 months of extreme stomach pain and it can not find?

They may have difficulty finding a lawyer for misconduct take on this case. The problem is that pancreatic cancer is not curable. Although not everything can be treated. The question is whether the results were significantly different if the correct diagnosis was made in January or July.
